I think that is the single best idea that anybody has ever come up with about anything. Not only will old people not have to get up to go to the bathroom, they could do it while shopping for vaseline and cotton balls. The only problem I see with your idea is that very fat people might try to take advantage of that. It is bad enough seeing them in those damn hovarounds, but if you put a toilet into the equation they might just become unstoppable. Did we learn nothing from the movie Terminator?

I think those electric wheelchairs would make good commuting transport?

They have a range of about 30km. They could be charged up during the day at work. If powered by nuclear, solar, or hydro power there would be a great reduction in greenhouse gas as freeway fulls of cars would not be needed on the daily commute. I realise they would need minor adaptions for weather. What do others think?

It actually could work.I see a lot of segways in downtown Albuquerque and in the Shopping Malls as well. Since the Southwest is a dry climate generally,I couldn’t see how it wouldn’t work,to be able to go 5 times faster than the average pedestrian.

What to do about him?

I met a guy and he and i were talking a little and I thought he was nice enough there, and we planned on staying in touch. Not like a boy/girl fiend thing- just friends. Well he and I talked on the phone some and he wanted me to go over his house. I siad that I would not be able to untill I moved because we were really busy with the new house. (same town just diff house). Well on the phone he would be really pushy and kinda mean about me not coming over right away. Also he has a personality that I dont like. He is physically disabled so he is in a power wheel chair, his mind is not at all affected just his mobility. But all he does is moan and complain and go on and on about how bad everything is. Now I have moved so I cant say that anymore. Do you think that I should go to his house just to see how it goes and then if it goes bad then when he wants me to go over again say that it prolly would not be a good idea?? or not go over at all?? Help Please!

I wouldn’t go over at all just based on his personality and how he seems to be. I would personally trust the warning bells in your head and avoid the whole situation.
